TEETHING JEWELLERY SAFETY

1. As a safety feature there is a knot before and after each bead, preventing beads from being scattered and causing choking if swallowed.
2. Our amber jewellery are secured with a traditional plastic screw clasp, which is designed to release if any great pressure is applied.

3. Amber teething necklaces and bracelets/anklets are NOT a toy. They are made for wearing not for chewing, always deter and offer alternatives.
4. For the greatest benefit ensure the jewellery is worn against the skin under the child’s clothing or socks, this also deters pulling on it. 5. Remove jewellery before swimming, bathing and applying sunscreens or creams as this can damage the beads and weaken the string. 6. Jewellery should be removed while sleeping (day and night time) and when unsupervised (even for short periods). As an alternative, place necklaces around the ankle under a sock or under a tightly fitted sheet.
7. We recommend infants be supervised at all times while wearing amber jewellery.

HOW TO CLEAN AMBER JEWELLERY

Gently clean using lukewarm water and a soft cloth, then wipe with a soft dry cloth. Never use soap, detergents or commercial jewellery cleaners.

Please seek medical advice if you have concerns with your child's health or wellbeing
